Mr. Marlon Kopelsky

With many years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, Marlon Kopelsky brings a strong understanding of technical systems, electrical installations, and industrial process workflows to the materials engineering work at Ingenieurbüro Dr. Baunack. His background in dealing with complex industrial equipment, control systems, and safety-relevant components enables him to identify technical details, functional interrelationships, and potential weaknesses in components with precision. In the field of materials testing, he is responsible for the professional preparation, sectioning, and processing of material samples for mechanical, metallographic, and non-destructive testing procedures. He ensures that samples are prepared in accordance with applicable standards so that subsequent analyses deliver precise and reproducible results. In addition, he supports the electrical conductivity testing of materials, including under mechanical load, to assess material behavior in system-critical operating conditions. His technical expertise as an electrician is particularly valuable when setting up, operating, and verifying the functionality of testing equipment, measuring instruments, and laboratory devices.

Through his ongoing master craftsman training in electrical engineering (Meisterausbildung), he continues to expand his professional knowledge. He also holds the AEVO instructor certification, which further demonstrates his qualification in technical training. The combination of electrical engineering competence, practical testing experience, and a solid understanding of materials makes him a valuable contributor throughout the entire testing process.
